Welcome new Columbians! 
The Long island Alumni club had its annual welcome and send-off for the newest undergraduates from Long Island entering Columbia this fall, once again generously hosted by the Kent family.
Two current Columbians from Long Island, Alex Kent and Dan Friedfeld-Gebaide were in attendance, as were alumni from the College, Fu School of Engineering, GS and 7 different graduate schools, along with family members of the new Columbians.
There was even an Ice Cream Truck!
